PAM's Broccoli Salad

Salad Ingredients
4 cups (1,000ml) broccoli, cut in small pieces
1 cup (250ml) red seedless grapes
1/2 cup (125ml) chopped red onion
1/2 cup (125ml) sunflower seeds
1/2 lb. (227g) bacon, browned and crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
3/4 cup (187.5ml) mayonnaise
1/3 (83.25ml) cup sugar
1 tbs. (1/2 fl.oz., 10ml) vinegar
Instructions
Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Combine broccoli, bacon, grapes, and onion in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Pour dressing over salad and toss shortly before serving.
Broccoli, grapes, onions, may be prepared and mixed ahead of time. Dressing may be prepared ahead.
Chinese Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 pkg. fresh chopped coleslaw from produce department
1 bunch scallions
1 small pkg. each of slivered almonds and sunflower seeds
1 pkg. ramen noodles bee flavor
1/2 cup (125ml.) oil
1/2 cup (60gr.) sugar
1/4 cup (60ml.) vinegar
Beef flavor packet from noodles
Instructions
Put first five ingredients in a bowl (just crush ramen noodles; do not cook.
Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and beef flavoring.
Pour over cole slaw mixture.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. before serving.
