Crazy Dessert
from Tigerklc@aol.com
Ingredients
1 SMALL box strawberry or raspberry Jell-O
1/2 cup (250ml) cold water
1 box white cake mix (White cake mix seems to work the best on this dessert.)
9"x13" pan
Enough frozen OR thawed fruits to cover the bottom of the pan well (You can use one kind of fruit or mix several together, like blueberries and raspberries. Do not use pineapple or canned fruits.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
Layer bottom of 9"x13" pan with frozen fruit or thawed fruit.
Sprinkle DRY Jell-O out of box, evenly over the top of the fruit. DO NOT MIX WITH THE FRUIT.
Evenly pour the 1/2 cup (125ml) of cold water over the fruit and Jell-O. DO NOT MIX.
Sprinkle enough of the DRY cake mix over the contents in the pan so that the contents are well covered but not really thick. (You will have cake mix left over.)
Bake 1 hour, until top is lightly brown.
Serve warm, or allow it to cool. Refrigerate leftovers. Enjoy!!!!.
